Type N connector series of MIL-C-39012 
Temple Star high quality Type N connectors are medium-size, durable, weatherproof (gasket), rugged connectors designed for normal impedance 50 Ohm.  Type N RF connectors can be used with higher impedance matching, such as 75ohm.  50 ohm type N connectors
are not interchangeable with 75 ohm connectors.
Applications:  Antennas, Base stations, Broadcast,  Cellular, Instrumentation,  Microwave Radio, Mil-Aero  
Radios,  Satcom, Surge Protection,  WLAN, Telecom etc. 

Materials:
Body (housing): Brass (C3604) with nickel.
Male contact:  Brass (C3604 or C3602) with nickel.
Female Contact: Phosphor Bronze (C5441) or Beryllium copper, with Gold Plating. 
Crimp Ferrule: Copper Annealed (2700)
Dielectric: Teflon (D1730)
Mechanical Life Cycle:  500 Mating.
Coupling: 5/8-24 UNF.

Impedance: 50 ohms (75 ohm avaiable)
Frequency Range: DC - 6 Ghz, V.S.W.R.: 1.3 max. Straight;        
      Right angle: DC - 4 Ghz, V.S.W.R.: 1.30 max.

Voltage Rating: AC 500V (min)
Dielectric  Withstanding Voltage: 1500 Vrms min.
Insulation Resistance: 5000 Megohms. min.
Contact resistance: Center contact: 1.2 mohm (max); Outer contact: 0.5 mohm (max)
